JOB TITLE: Mosaic Developer
LOCATION: Wandsworth, London
PAY RATE: £400 per day (Umbrella)
START DATE: ASAP

Job Purpose
To act as the technical point of contact and undertake specific project-based development work within the Mosaic case management system and including system interfaces and supporting environments as directed by the Application Coordinator - Social Care. Work could include the development and scripting of forms, workflow from design to release, advanced database development and troubleshooting or development of supporting interfaces.
An element of role is to serve as a mentor to the team regarding technical development and to assist the team in building Mosaic technical capability.
It is expected that the developer will document any development and provide appropriate information to the applications team to support any developments.
Specific duties
· To work with the Application Coordinator - Social Care to develop Mosaic forms and workflows using document designer based on gathered requirements in line with Corporate IT development standards.
· Produce documentation for any developments and ensure that appropriate handovers with the Social Care Application Support Team.
· Undertake ad-hoc project and task-based work and develop solutions regarding the Mosaic system and supporting environment as directed by the Application Coordinator - Social Care.
· To proactively identify problems regarding the technical environment the Mosaic system and work with the Social Care Application Support Team and Servelec CoreLogic to resolve these.
· To provide coaching and support to the Social Care Application Support Team with regards to scripting and forms development queries.
Person specification
Experience
· Experience of the Mosaic case management system
· Experience of development within an enterprise level business system
· Experience of scripting forms and workflow within Mosaic
· Experience of SQL
· Experience of one or more of the following: SQL server, Oracle, Business Objects
· Good all-round IT literacy with a broad knowledge of IT topics
· Experience of project management and project management techniques
· Experience of knowledge Childrens and Adults social care process and how information technology can support these
Skills
· Ability to develop solutions and troubleshoot issues using JavaScript and associated web technologies (for example HTML5, CSS)
· Ability to develop solutions and troubleshoot issues within the Mosaic Case Management system
· Ability to develop and solutions and troubleshoot issues using T-SQL and or PL/SQL
· Proven verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience
· Ability to analyse and interpret data and produce reports
