Market Intelligence Analyst

Job description

We are looking for a candidate:-

*Perform in depth data segmentation of customer feedback to aid improvements in customer satisfaction for consideration at the CEI Programme Board following collation of BMCS scores by Quality Team
*Horizon scan sector and market leader intelligence to drive improvements in customer satisfaction
*Seek relevant external data sets to overlay satisfaction data to aid decision making and future proofing of our Client.
*Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement projects to improve customer satisfaction ratings/ranking following market analysis
*Manage the Ideas Board process to drive improvements within customer satisfaction
*Develop operational and non operational standards to drive improvements within customer satisfaction
*Manage customer experience tracker to capture activity that leads to improvements within customer satisfaction
*Tailor internal communications to highlight exceptions and drive improvements within customer satisfaction and embed customer experience within our Client.
*Support employee engagements around customer experience
*Support day to day workings of Communications Team and undertake activities commensurate with advisor role within the team

Essential Qualifications:
*Advanced excel or data analysis tool qualification
*Minimum GCSE/A-Level qualification - demonstration of continuous professional development

Essential Experience:
*Working in a service/customer facing organisation
*Data segmentation
*Implementing continuous improvement tools and techniques
*Research and Analysis
*Trend analysis and bench marking performance

Desirable Qualifications:
*Analytically related degree (or demonstrable experience)
*Project management

Desirable Experience:
*Drafting communications and press releases
*Undertaking customer journey mapping
*Lean/Six Sigma
*Horizon scanning/undertaking market analysis
*Identification of best practice
*Content management
