Adecco are currently recruiting for a number of Manufacturers and Central Weighing Operatives for our client based in Ashford. All operatives will be reporting into the Manufacturing department and will be producing bulk using vessels and equipment, optimising processes in order to consistently maximise Health and Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Productivity by complying with procedures in place.

The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a strong grasp on maths. Due to the nature of this role you should be physically fit as you will be required to lift heavy items when pre-weighing material.

Pay rate:

·  £10.78 ph for Rotating Shifts (6am to 2pm, 2pm to 6am)

·  £12.12 ph for Night Shift (10pm to 6am)

Desired skills:

·  Secondary School Certificates

·  Experience in related industry - FMCG, Production, Pharmaceutical, Paint, Food

·  Proficient in current electronic shop floor control systems (SAP & QWB)

·  Shares new ideas and best practices with others

·  Willingly accepts supervision

·  Demonstrates success when responsible for a portion of a larger project

·  Approaches assignments with fresh perspective and suggests more effective methods of accomplishing the assignment

·  Can stay focused on objectives and required results

·  Demonstrates commitment to customer service

·  Demonstrates integrity and good ethical judgement
