Manufacturing Operative, Aspatria
Our client, a global manufacturing leader, is entering a peak production period and is seeking temporary Manufacturing Operatives for ongoing support. As a Manufacturing Operative, you will work in a factory environment, playing a key role in the production process. Your main duties will include lifting and moving products, meeting set targets, and adhering to strict deadlines. This is a physically demanding role, so we are looking for candidates who are physically fit and capable of maintaining a fast-paced workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handling and moving products as part of the production process
· Assisting in making the product
· Meeting production targets within specified deadlines
· Following all health and safety regulations and operational procedures
· Working as part of a team to ensure smooth production operations
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, or production environment
· Physically strong to perform manual handling tasks
· Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team
· Ability to follow safety guidelines and operational processes effectively
Shift Details:
· Backshift working pattern over Monday- Friday
· Pay rate: £12.27 per hour plus shift allowance
