Our client, a respected player in the cooling and heating industry, is seeking a Scheduling Administrator to provide exceptional service to their valued clients. As the first point of contact for clients and engineers, you will play a vital role in supporting the Service and Maintenance department.
What your day will look like:
· Answering phone calls and addressing queries with a friendly demeanour.
· Planning jobs and ensuring engineers are well-informed about their assignments.
· Providing quotations and handling renewals for maintenance contracts.
· Producing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
What we need from you:
· Proven experience as an administrator in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft applications
· Familiarity with database usage is advantageous
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing customer needs calmly and effectively

· £27,000 - £28,000 depending on your skills and experience
