Adecco are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join our client based in Milton Keynes. This is a permanent opportunity paying between £19,000 - £21,000 per annum - dependant on experience.

The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, customer focused environment where attention to detail is essential.

We are looking for a strong character, who can use their own initiative and think on their feet. We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated individual with proven ability to work efficiently and on their own within a fast paced working environment. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however is not essential.

Role Requirements / Responsibilities:
Carry out administrative duties for inbound and returns processes
Adhere to any customer queries in a prompt and accurate manner
Processing of the warehouse claims and liaising with the workshop and other departments to resolve claims
Complete stock write offs
Arrange and monitor direct deliveries from factories
Produce KPI reports for all of the operation
Create reports for HMRC
Adhering to compliance and audit regulations at all times

The ideal candidate:

Experience within administration
Knowledge within the logistics sector
Preference of knowledge within SAP
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Time management skills
Ability to prioritise workloads
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional standards of customer service

Working hours
: (Monday - Friday) 9am - 5pm
