Job description
L&D Specialist - Fixed Term Contract through to 31st March 2026
Pay - £190 - £330 per day PAYE
Location - London
Hybrid Working
Our client, a leading organisation in the EMEA region, is seeking an experienced L&D Specialist to join their team. As an L&D Specialist, you will have the opportunity to manage and maintain the delivery of the core curriculum, including planning and vendor liaison. You will also be responsible for delivering longer-term L&D initiatives, designing and evaluating learning events, and facilitating various workshops and seminars.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain the delivery of the core curriculum, including planning and vendor liaison for internal workshops, seminars, and resources.
· Deliver programme management for assigned longer-term L&D initiatives, including Management Development.
· Scope, design, deliver, review, and evaluate learning events, activities, resources, and programmes.
· Facilitate and support a range of learning and development sessions, including workshops and focus groups.
· Use LMS/LXP technology to efficiently communicate and oversee administration of the internal L&D offering.
· Lead, gather, and contribute to learning and development projects.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in delivering L&D services.
· Strong L&D planning experience, including forecasting demand, planning curriculum logistics, and managing delivery within timelines and budgets.
· Familiarity with Learning Technologies (SuccessFactors or another LMS).
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to adapt and solve problems in an ambiguous environment.
· High attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs.
· Experience working with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
· High level of IT literacy, particularly MS Office applications.
