ROLE: Junior PMO
Location: London
Hybrid: 2 to 3 days in the office
Duration: 31/12/2025
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
· Responsible for completing assigned tasks within the agreed timeframe, self-manage all day-to-day standard activity tasks.
· Contributes ideas or improvements that can be made to systems or processes to help achieve deliverables.
· Act as a key interface between business end users and the Project/Programme Manager.
Maintains project documentation and consults with workstream leads and other key project personnel.
· Recommends controls by identifying problems and providing analytics to support the recommendations.
· Actively participate and contribute in the implementation of approved changes
· Responsible for managing and delivery of smaller scale projects and the benefits, completing all PM tasks independently or under light supervision.
· Active team member

Education & Qualifications
The role requires the candidate to be educated to degree level in an appropriate field of study - eg science, computer science or degree that increases analytical skills, problem solving and critical thinking.
Experience & Knowledge
· Evidence of previous experience in financial services, markets and banking activities and/or the surrounding regulatory framework.
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Able to work collaboratively as well as independently.
· Must be detail orientated, analytical and inquisitive.
· Evidence of effective communication skills both written and verbal including presenting complex information simply and succinctly.
· Evidence of innovative thinking and problem-solving
· Able to work independently and under supervision.
· Practical and willing to take responsibility to ensure objectives are achieved.
· Good time management - must be able to work to deadlines, in an ambiguous environment and under pressure.
· Industry-recognised Project Management qualification preferred but not essential
