Role: Junior Office Manager/Office Assistant
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000

My client, a well-established Architecture business are in the process of hiring a junior Office Manager to join their existing team based near Blackfriars. The sole responsibility of this role is to over-see the all of the office functions including, general administration, ordering stock, office organisation and IT support.
Main duties:
· Covering Reception duties as and when required
· Liaising with New employees - setting up interviews, dealing with new starter paperwork, H&S briefings, Emails and server access, set up of work stations.
· Keeping records of Staff leave and Sickness using an online portal
· Ordering of stationary and other office supplies, including IT Equipment
· Co-ordinating of events hosted in house
· Maintaining a client contacts database
· Update and monitor contract renewal calendar and compare rates upon renewal
· Update Office manager and IT handbook as necessary
· Ordering of branded materials i.e., brochures, business cards, leaflets
· Assisting the Directors with an various PR tasks
· Collate staff timesheets on a monthly basis
· Overseeing Archiving procedures
· Organising & booking staff social events throughout the year
· Organise large in-house events
· Monthly Credit card analysis
· Collate and Check all incoming invoices
· Monthly checks of the IT Back up
· Ad-hoc Day to Day IT assistance
· Communicate with IT support company for problems/updates
· Set up new computers, including specific software's
· React to Printer issues when needed- run maintenance checks, clean/ change inks, communicate with supplier
· Maintain the office phone system through a portal
· Office organisation and management
· Ensure all health and safety requirements are met
· Communicate with contractors and suppliers
