Job description

Job Title: IT Specialist

Location: Shoreditch

Remuneration: £200 per day

Contract Details: Temporary, Full-Time

Our client, a tech company located in Shoreditch, is urgently seeking two IT Specialists to join their team. The successful candidates will initially work on-site five days a week.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise in a wide range of areas including cloud computing and applications (SaaS), email systems, mobile device management (MDM), identity and access management (IAM), single-sign on (SSO), endpoint protection (EPP), endpoint detection and response (EDR), IT service management (ITSM), service desk, IT asset management (ITAM), application and patch management, networking, laptop and desktop computers, servers, virtualization, storage, UPS, system/network monitoring and alerting, audio-visual and video conferencing (AV/VC), and building access control systems.
Manage, administer, and support various technologies, including Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Linux, iOS/iPadOS, Android, Kandji, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Zero-Touch Deployment, Apple Business Manager, Apple ADE, Snipe-IT, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Bitdefender GravityZone, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure, Google Workspace Enterprise, Slack, Notion, Atlassian Jira, Google Meet Hardware systems, Cisco Meraki (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points), firewall rules, zero trust (ZTA), SASE, SD-WAN, DNS, domains, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, ACLs, TCP/IP, UDP, subnets, network patching, VMware vSphere (ESXi hosts, vCenter Server), VMs, VDI, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Storage Area Networks (SAN), APC Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Power Distribution Units (PDU), OpenVPN, and Paxton Net2.

Minimum Requirements:

Strong demonstrable technical knowledge and experience across a wide range of IT areas.
Strong knowledge of and experience in management, administration, and support for the aforementioned key technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
