IT Campus Solutions Trainer

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a skilled IT Trainer professional on a 6 month contract in the Nottingham area. The main purpose for this role is to deliver high quality, user-focused systems training in a large transformation project environment.

Main Duties:
- Develop and deliver training for the clients implementation of Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions as part of the transformation project
- To work in collaboration with the Training Lead, technical team and business process owners to develop and range engaging training materials
- To work in collaboration with process owners to translate SOPs into role-based learning scenarios
- Help to deliver classroom and desk based training for 500+ new users
- Contribute to on-going learning and knowledge management approach for a new service organisation

Skills and experience required:
- A proven track record of developing and delivering training programmes for Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or other major Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- A skilled and experienced user of UPK, U-Perform and other learning technologies
- Confident in delivering classroom based training to new system users
- Experience in working in large transformation project environments
- Experience of the Higher Education sector (desirable but not essential)
