Responsible for the day-to-day design, implementations and support of the business reporting systems at all UK sites with primary responsibility for the site.

Main responsibilities will be to provide exceptional IT Customer Service and Support through company standards and guidelines, logging resolutions thoroughly in the ServiceDesk System and to be self-motivated and with the ability to interact effectively with business users and business partners. Key focus areas include proactive approach to business reports and the participation in IT change programmes.

Support the IT Business and Commercial Analysts in the day-to-day operations of Business Systems.

Develop, implement, maintain and support key business reports via business applications such as Business Warehouse, Business Objects, ERP and CRM.

Maintenance and support of ERP Master Data.

Maintaining accurate/robust data to both Business and Commercial systems.

Provide on-going presentations, training and knowledge transfer to the business.
