Adecco are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Engineer to join our client based in Daventry, Northamptonshire. This is a permanent opportunity paying £20,000 - £25,000 per annum dependant on experience. The successful candidate will be working within a successful, expanding company and will be available to commence employment ASAP.

We are looking for a strong character, who can use their own initiative and think on their feet. We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated individual with proven ability to work efficiently and on their own within a fast paced working environment. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however is not essential.

Role Requirements / Responsibilities:
Handling customer requests
Processing orders and progressing outstanding orders
Creating and providing quotations
Working as an integral part of the sales team
Maintain high levels of customer service at all times to maximise sales opportunities
Complete administration support as required
Schedule engineers to customers

The ideal candidate:
Engineering/hydraulics background
Experience within internal sales
Adaptable to change
Good level of English & Maths skills
Prioritise and managed own workloads
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work within a team and on own initiative
Team Player
