Are you an experienced Insurance Migration Lead looking for a new opportunity? We have a contract position (3 Months) available for you! Our client, an esteemed organisation in the insurance industry, is seeking a skilled Insurance Migration Project Manager to join their team. This is your chance to make a significant impact on their migration projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. Leaning on your previous experience in a similar role, this role is not just project managing but having the ability to say "this is how it should be done…."
What You'll Do:
· Review business objectives and propose effective migration options and strategies, considering the associated benefits, considerations, and risks.
· Take ownership of all aspects of migration activity and act as a key communicator to senior stakeholders.
· Lead the project and implementation process, collaborating with third parties (software platform providers, insurer panel, premium credit providers, ancillary product providers, claims/FNOL providers, and third-party administration providers).
· Engage with partners and third parties at a senior level to ensure project alignment and effective planning.
What You'll Need:
· Experience leading or playing a key role in insurance policy migration, whether through a sale or platform migration.
· Strong project management and organisational skills, allowing you to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
· Excellent ability to lead and engage with senior stakeholders.
· Commercial and product experience in personal line insurance is advantageous.
The Ideal candidate will have experience of leading a migration of a insurance book with knowledge of Insurance Platforms such as CDL
