Adecco Bolton are currently recruiting for switched on, driven customer service advisor's to join our well established client in Bolton on a temp to perm basis.

The main duties of the role include updating customers on orders, deliveries and parts availability.

Acting as first point of contact regarding queries and complaints the successful candidate will have;

·  Great communication skills

·  Customer service experience

·  Strong organisation skills

·  The ability to communicate confidently via phone and email

This is a full time role working Monday - Saturday 12pm - 6pm however flexibilty is essential.
