This is an inbound customer service role and your duties will be to deal with individual customer contacts, enquiries and requests in an effective manner which satisfies the customer, supports the achievement of business goals and is in line with all procedures and standards. You will be helping the customer with any banking queries that they may have so therefore an extremely high level of attention to detail is required.

Role holders will interact with customers through a range of channels and will act as the face of the Brand.

The successful candidate will have:
Experience of analysing and monitoring data of a high volume.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have a strong understanding of investigations and decision making.
Excellent understanding of Customer Service
Call Centre Experience
Role model for customer service interaction.
Motivated, high-performing individual with proven experience of working with other colleagues, to achieve and often beat their objectives.
Work under pressure

Hours for the position will be 5 days a week, including weekends, you will be required to work on a rota basis with one full weekend off every month. Working hours are: between the hours of 6am - 10pm (eg. 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm) you must be flexible and available to work a mixture of these shifts.
