Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a company based in Newbury. Our client is looking for a Hr Administrator on a 12 month FTC. The role is working Monday to Friday and offering a salary of up to £30,000.
Duties will include:
Maintenance of internal databases
To manage the administration process for all joiners, leavers, transfers, maternity, paternity and other people management matters
Coordinate pre-employment credit, employment and general background checks
Coordinate all reference requests in a timely manner
Maintain all HR files, including archived files, in accordance with GDPR regulations and research electronic files options
Basic HR correspondence
Taking accurate and concise notes at meetings, where applicable
Candidates will ideally have/be:
Knowledge of HR, ideally working on CIPD Level 3 or 5 and looking to gain experience
