My client is looking for a HR admin assistant on a temporary contract paying £10.99p/h. This will be a great experience for someone that has previous experience in the field or a very strong administrator who wants to gain valued experience in a HR environment:
Organising 'Lunch and Learn' (sending invitations, managing responses, booking rooms, catering, etc…)
-Scheduling interviews with candidates for the Resourcing Partner and Hiring Managers
-Adapt system accordingly
-creating contracts, creating new starter
-Invoice management, creating Purchase Orders
-Organising training for employees (sending invitations, booking rooms, contact with external training companies…)
