Our client is looking for a successful confident individual to join their experience reception team. As receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and non-residents of the hotel. You will need to have experience using the Opera front of house system and be good at multi- tasking.

Your daily duties will include -

� Welcoming all guests and non-residents in a friendly and inviting manner.

� Checking in and out hotel guests as per the hotels standard operating procedure

� Check cleanliness of the Hotel reception as well as public areas

� Dealing with general enquiries from hotel guests and non-residents to the best of your ability

� To undertake general administration duties as directed by management
