Building maintenance Operative required for one of East Yorkshire's leading Facilities management companies, excellent pay and benefits on offer.

Main duties of the role:

Providing general handyman and building maintenance services across numerous businesses in the East Yorkshire area.

General handyman duties

Grounds maintenance

Basic Joinery duties

Maintaining stores and stocks of equipment.

Due to location of the depot and client site visits that are required, full driving licence is required. Company vehicle will be provided for client appointments.
