Location: Ware (Hertfordshire)
Position: Gardener
Salary: £8.00 Per Hour
Type: Temporary Ongoing
Benefits: Parking on site, 28 days holiday entitlement and pensions scheme.
Hours: 08:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Job Content:
Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for a Gardener/ Groundsman to work on local grounds based in Ware. The successful candidate will join a small and friendly team of three, working in a hands on team to support with aspects of the grounds to ensure the area is well looked after for customers.

Daily Duties:

*Painting as part of the general maintenance.
*Litter picking and collection.
*Helping to prepare the grounds for any forthcoming events.
*Pruning/ deadheading (the other groundsmen can provide guidance as and when required)
*Trimming the hedges.
*Mowing the lawn.
*Watering the plants/ greenery.

The ideal candidate:
*Able to follow procedures and carry out multiple tasks at one time.
*Confident with the ability to use own initiative and manage own workload.
*Flexible team player willing to carry out variety of tasks to ensure all work is completed.

Personality:
*Someone who loves gardening and aspects of ground maintenance.
*Team player.
