Primary responsibilities of the role:

- Complete product changes and set-ups in accordance to manufacturing process

- Understand and ensure that production and quality targets are achieved

- Perform autonomous maintenance on the operating line to daily/weekly schedules

- Interpret Quality Measures and react to non - compliance and escalate concerns to management

- Understand set up sheets and centre lines and record changes accordingly

- Prepare and conduct shift handovers to meet business commitments

- Participate in and make positive contributions to continuous improvement activities as required

Required Qualifications or Experience:

- Secondary School qualification required, additional education or certificates beneficial

- Experience in Production for an FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food or Paint business is preferred

- Good knowledge of Quality standards and policy

- Good knowledge of Health and Safety standards and policy

- Be able to work effectively in a team and be a logical problem solver

- Be results focused and take a rigorous approach to work to deliver on targets

- Independent right to live and work in the UK (unrestricted)

Available Shifts

Weekends: Early/Late/Nights
