Adecco are proud to be working with a company in Ashford who are seeking a French Speaking Sales Order & Customer Service Assistant

Purpose of Role

The job holder will be responsible for making sure the orders received from the French customers are processed in time and accurately, and will provide excellent customer service to our sales reps as well as clients.

MAINS DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

·  Take orders over the phone from French sales reps and French clients

·  Process the orders through the computerised sales ordering system

·  General Customer Service incl. but not limited to dealing with complaints (lost parcel, long delivery, missing items in delivery….), answering queries on the phone…

·  General admin tasks

REQUIRED SKILLS/ESSENTIAL

·  Fluent French - all communications will be in French

·  Good IT knowledge

·  Good communications skills, verbal and written

·  Able to multi task

You will be working within the buzzing and very busy office you will provide the customers an efficient and friendly service, handling enquiries from customers, updating databases and resolving situations.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, strong people management skills and able to communicate at all levels, excellent customer service and IT skills and be energetic, assertive and able to work to deadlines.

Hours : 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with one hour lunch break

Salary : £8,50 to £9.00 per hour
