Position : First Line Support Helpdesk
Pay : £7.83ph
Location : Northampton NN3
Hours of Work : Full time - Between 8am and 10pm
Duration: Temp - Perm

Are you looking for an opportunity in Northampton to utilise your excellent communication skills within an office based environment, for a reputable company?

As First Line Support, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and supporting callers with technical issues. This will involve answering calls and logging issues, while helping to resolves any issues with IT software and hardware.

This position comes will full training, but customer service (cell centre, retail, hospitality) experience would be very beneficial.

Key Duties
* Receiving and handling customer queries
* Logging IT issues onto a systems
* Provide excellent customer service and resolving technical issues
* Escalation point for difficult customer queries and complaints
