Adecco Harlow are excited to be recruiting for a Financial Planning Analyst on behalf of our highly reputable client based in Harlow, Essex. This is a full time, permanent position within a nationally recognised, open minded business that can offer a long term and structured career path for the right person.
Main Purpose of Role:
This is a crucial role in the business that requires strong leadership skills and the need for an incisive approach to effectively support the management of a large annual budget allocated to the companies' customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all reporting, forecasting, budgetary and performance analysis supports our client's separate divisions to deliver outstanding levels of service to their customers and achieve key financial targets.
You will also play a key role within the Operations' management team, being involved with the day to day, good running of the operation, lending commercial acumen and insight to the process of decision-making and leading and collaborating on ad hoc projects lending variety, challenge and the opportunity to broaden this busy and demanding role.
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

· Excellent forecasting, planning, monitoring, reporting attributes to inform strategic and tactical decision-making
· Application of logical analytical expertise to identify key attributes of our clients' business and opportunities
· Strong influencing and communication skills (verbal and written)
· An abundance of personal drive, attention to detail and innovation combined with being an excellent team player
· To be able to put our clients' customers at the heart of our decision making - using MI and financial analysis to continuously improve our customer proposition, policies and processes
