Our client, an established local company, are seeking an enthusiastic, bright, self motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join their customer services team.
Your duties would include:
· Data entry - accurate and timely input of customer's orders
· Responding to queries via e-mail
· Query resolution and ad-hoc reporting
· Invoicing orders ready for shipment, and creating associated paperwork
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
· Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills
· Must be numerate
· Must have good written English
· Excellent attention to detail
· Good computer skills and efficiency MS Office - Outlook/ Word / Excel / PowerPoint
Working hours are Monday 8:30am to 5pm, Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm which total a 38hr week.
