Responsibilities:
· Establish and maintain operating practises in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
· Develop and maintain procedures and work instructions to support quality management.
· Schedule and monitor operating practises and manage corrective actions.
· Conduct progress reviews and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
· Manage the calibration system to ensure equipment accuracy.
· Analyse defects and returns to implement effective corrective actions.
· Maintain necessary standards and authorizations within the organisation.
· Collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.
· Provide training and supervision on quality, environmental, and safety matters.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
· Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
· Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proven ability to lead and train a team.
