What's involved?
* Manage and lead a team of operatives, optimising their performance and resources.
* Plan and allocate jobs efficiently, conducting quality checks, and providing effective people management.
* Liaise with customers regarding site arrangements, escalations, and complaints.
* Collaborate with clients on site meetings, targets, priorities, and service standards.
* Ensure health and safety compliance by conducting risk assessments and maintaining accurate records.
* Monitor operational and financial performance through accurate management information.
* Collaborate with subcontractors and other agencies in service delivery.
* Contribute to service improvements by developing effective procedures and systems.

What you will need:
We are seeking a proactive and solution-focused Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your flexible and pragmatic management approach, along with your ability to collaborate successfully with customers and colleagues, will drive successful outcomes. Proficiency in ICT systems and management information is essential.
You will have a City & Guilds 2382-18 or equivalent (18th edition) and hold an appropriate electrical qualifications to NVQ level 3 or equivalent. You must hold or be willing to work towards City & Guilds 2391.
Driving licence required:
To perform your duties effectively, a valid UK driving licence is required. You must also provide a vehicle for work purposes with relevant business insurance and a valid M.O.T.
