Residential Doorman
5* Development in Westminster
4 on, 4off - 7am- 7pm OR 7pm - 7am
£22,000 per annum
MUST have valid UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)

Due to the exciting opening of a 5* residential development in the heart of Westminster, my client, a well established Property Management company is looking for a 5* Doorman with previous experience to join the team and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the main forecourt and external areas of the development.

The Door person's role is essential for creating a positive first impression and ensuring superior levels of customer service are achieved at all times. Security of the development is also a fundamental part of the role, the post holder will be expected to carry out routine security duties to ensure the development and it's occupiers are secure at all times.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Providing Doorman, Valet Parking and Security services in the prescribed manner, as instructed by the General Manager or Property Manager.
*Meeting and greeting all owners, visitors and members of the general public upon arrival at the development.
*Provide local information and directions when requested.
*Assisting owners and residents with transportation of items from their vehicles / outside and in to the development if necessary.
*Providing car valet services to all residents as and when required.
*Completing security duties whilst on duty as and when requested. This will include security patrols and vehicle security checks.
*Ensuring the external and internal areas of the development are kept clean and tidy.
*Inspecting, on a daily basis, all external areas of the private residential buildings and grounds, reporting any defects, security or health and safety concerns to the Estate Manager.

All candidates must hold a full, clean UK driving licence and previous experience as a Door person working in a high end customer service establishment (role to include providing car valet services) is essential.
