Digital Marketing and Accounts Assistant
This job requires digital and offline marketing skills, organisation skills, strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice. Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media. Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role. Experience preferred
You will be responsible for the maintenance and application of digital, integrated marketing campaigns and digital marketing projects on platforms such as Twitter and Facebook. You will be tasked with providing daily updates on both platforms and to manage content. Attention to detail is vital
Part of your weekly duties will include producing weekly news letters, mail shots, dealing with membership enquires and Admin duties.
Another aspect of the role will include dealing with accounts; you will have to issue and process invoices, update membership applications or blocking them. Processing ticket sales for events you will also have to chase invoices.
Responsibilities
1. Contribute to digital strategies to drive online traffic to the company website through all digital sources
2. Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to social media.
3. Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns through all digital channels
4. Utilising a range of lead generating techniques including PPC, SEO and Social Media Posts
5. Order & Design of Promotional Items and events bookings
6. scheduling of Marketing Campaigns set by Marketing Manager and updating Social Media / Campaign Calendar
7. Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
8. Work with the accounts team and process invoices
This role is to start on a temporary basis and has the option to go perm
