I am currently looking to recruit a Shift Deputy Co-ordinator for a busy Food Factory, the hours will be on rotation 4 days on 4 days off working both Days and Nights incl Weekends.

These are 6am till 6pm and 6pm till 6am so flexibility is a must.

The role will be reporting into the Shift coordinator covering their leave or supporting on busy shifts, you will be responsible for looking after the welfare and safety of around 60 associates booking in the shifts confirming or cancelling, attending meetings with the management team.

You must also be computer literate and have excellent personal skills.

Please be aware when you are not running a shift you will be working inside the factory on the lines.
