Job Purpose/Overview

This role provides key customers with the critical data and
reporting that they demand as a basic service from suppliers. This role also delivers reporting and
insights to the demand planning team to allow them to use past, current and future performance to
inform great volume planning and deliver consistently excellent SFA and Bias.

Key Responsibilities

 Bespoke internal and customer facing reporting
 Essential customer KPI reporting and analysis to a defined SLA
 KPI reporting and analysis for customer teams and the demand planning team
 Implementation of reporting and CI initiatives
 Learning and mastery of retailer data and reporting systems where appropriate to ensure 360
reporting and insight generation capability
 Transitioning to BI analytics once available through Compass
Context and Scope

This role reports into the sales operations team and is a data and analytics expert with a focus on
extracting planning insights from a variety of internal and customer data streams.
Post compass implementation, these roles will use the compass BI tool (Tableau), ePOS and Nielsen
data to deliver reporting solutions.

1. Education & Professional Qualification

Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent

2. Knowledge/Experience

 Excellent numeracy and analytical skills and experience of applying a wide range of analytics that
drive insights and actions for complex customers and a variety of business situations.
 Experience in problem solving, with the ability to use processes/ tools/ systems to unlock knowledge
and generate insights and develop solutions for a wide range of customers and issues.
 Proven track record of accurate and effective planning that ensures the customers supply chain
services are met, full on-shelf availability is achieved and optimal customer service and profitability
is delivered.
 Experience of building strong relationships in a cross functional environment.
 Advanced in Excel and Powerpoint.
