I am currently recruiting for a database analyst. You must have experience for this role. So please only apply if you have the below experience.

We need someone who has excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience within IT is a benefit, but we do also require a strong administrator with good communication and organisational skills.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Deal with all Product Set Up Requests (PSRs) across EMEA in accordance with set SLA targets
- Respond to product data inquires in required time frames
- Create and maintain product data accurately
- Create / set up new suppliers on internal system ensuring they adhere to our T&C's
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and internal partners ensuring most current product information is proactively entered / maintained in internal systems
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Deal with all Pricing tenders
- Provide program and product info based on vendor license programs
Desired skills and experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must possess strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to learn new processes and systems whilst looking to improve/integrate other processes and systems
- Ability to work under pressure to produce positive results
- Strong problem solving and business analysis skills
- Ability to analyse, conceptualise, interpret and manipulate data
- Experience in extracting and manipulating large data files
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - written and verbal
