Customer Services Administrator

Adecco Harrow has a fantastic opportunity to join a well established company based in Harrow. Our client is looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis. Paying £21,000 - £23,000 dependant on experience, with brilliant benefits and development opportunities.
Starting ASAP.

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 depending on experience

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30

Days: Monday - Friday

Location: Harrow

Benefits: Generous pension scheme with additional employer contributions after completing probation period. 20 days annual leave, gradually rising to 25 day per year.

This role requires an enthusiastic detail orientated individual to join the Customer Services team and provide high quality support to the customers. Excellent written and spoken English are essential.

DUTIES:

* Invoicing - checking received orders and making sure that they correspond with the quotes before invoicing the customer. Recording this and creating maintenance leads for every system and small ticket items maintenance contract.

* General administration - i.e. Post, Filing, Document submission procedures, Interfacing with other departments as well as be a key co-ordinator.

* Accepting sales calls, classifying and assigning the re-calls to the relevant Sales Staff.

* You will also be required to keep good records on customer profiles, deal with suppliers, telephone work, photocopying, filing and any other general office duties as they might arise. You may be required to carry out other work within the company from time to time as the company must be flexible in order to be able to adapt to the market conditions and customer requirements.

* Looking after travel requirements i.e. hotels, flights etc.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

* At Least Intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency
* Good communication skills with a high standard of spoken and written English
* Initiative and strive to improve constantly
* Team player but have the ability to work independently
* Ability to value work and processes and suggest improvements when necessary
* Flexibility
* Assertiveness with understanding of people
* To be numerate
* Fully experienced in a business to business environment

DESIRABLE

* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Understanding of software licensing
