Customer Service Team Lead x2
£32,000 - £34,000 - pro rata
6-month FTC
London - Remote
A leading IT Consultancy is looking to recruit Customer service team lead to support a key end client. This is a fully remote position, but you will need to complete a 2-week training course at the end client based in London (Stratford)
As team leader you will need to;
· Performance Metrics - Lead team to deliver against key goals and performance metrics
· Regular Check-ins to provide support and gather feedback
· Work-flow allocation
· Integrate into Management team
You will
· Handle in-bound and out-bound calls, responding to customer complaints
· Updating customer information in the company database
· Providing information about new and existing products and services
· Tracking and processing new orders and refunds
