Adecco: Customer Service / SALES AGENT
Location: Bray
Salary: €25,000 plus Bonus
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Agent based in Bray. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience working with outbound sales and customer service. The successful individual will be responsible for selling to both new and existing commercial customers.
Main Duties:
Generating New Business
Making outbound sales calls to both new and existing customers
Securing new customers
Customer Service
Growth; development and retention of client base
Ensuring long term mutually satisfactory relationships are maintained.
Technical Criteria:
Previous sales experience in a fast paced service industry, ideally a call centre environment but not essential
Experience directly managing customer relationships
Strong negotiation skills to achieve optimum results for the company
Proficient with MS Office including exceptional Excel Skills
Proficient in numerical skills
