Working for a leading company based on the outskirts of Crewe, my client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy, friendly team. Duties will include:
· Respond to all incoming enquires ensuring all information obtained from customer is accurate
· Process orders on behalf of the customer for payment either by card or cheque.
· Process replacement orders
· Action refund requests on behalf of customers
· Resolve pending order issues
· Liaise with the Returns Processing Department with regard to customer feedback and returns status
· Organise deliveries
· Initiate outbound telephone calls and emails in response to outstanding customer issues
· Initiate add-on sales and up selling when the opportunity arises
My client is looking for an excellent communicator who has strong keying in and listening skills.
This is a part time role covering 30 hours Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 11.30am - 6.00pm
