Adecco are delighted to be recruiting for Customer Service Helpdesk for a client based in BS5. This is a unique opportunity to grown and learn new skills within the IT sector. Our client is looking for a customer focused individual to join their team on a temp to perm basis starting ASAP. Paid at £8.72 per hour, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

The role:

- Being the first point of contact for any IT queries

- Problem solving

- Answering questions and queries about the services they offer

- Delivering an excellent service from start to finish with each and every customer.

The individual:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Thrives in a busy environment

- Outstanding customer service skills

- Willing to learn and grown within a fantastic company
