Customer Service Coordinator

A re you a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail?

Our accomplished and market-leading client based on the outskirts of Maidstone is expanding and needs someone to join their outgoing and vivacious team of Customer Service Coordinators. This is a great opportunity for a confident and professional candidate to expand their existing skill set.



Responsibilities:

- Communicating with customers effectively through phone and email

- Ensuring all queries are resolved quickly and efficiently

- Raising jobs for engineers �- Liaising with sub-contractors

- Escalating complaints to management

- Monitoring portals and emails to ensure customer's are kept in contact with

- Scheduling engineers and sub-contractors in accordance with KPIs

- Allocating work to engineers

- Keeping up to date records

- Any other administrative tasks required

You will be:

Be able to work under pressure Have excellent communication skills Be able to remain calm in stressful situations Be customer focused

Be able to prioritise your workload
