A leading IT Consultancy is looking to recruit several customer service specialists to support a key end client. This is a fully onsite position based at their end client in Manchester City Centre

You will

·  Handle in-bound and out-bound calls, responding to customer complaints

·  Escalating problems to the technical team or Supervisor

·  Updating customer information in the company database

·  Providing information about new and existing products and services

·  Tracking and processing new orders and refunds

·  Making sales and processing payments, when necessary

·  Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
