A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly succesful, growing business based at their HQ office in Crewe.
Working within a friendly, busy team, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main duties will include:
· Daily supervision and motivation of the team
· Performance and KPI monitoring
· Allocation of daily tasks for your team members
· Involvement in the training of new and existing members of staff
· Resolution of payment or delivery disputes with customers
· Resolution of problematic escalated issues
· Mentoring the team in terms of maximising sales opportunities
· Monitoring SLA reports - daily, monthly and quarterly
· Prioritising workload and supporting team members to ensure achievement of daily targets
· Maintaining accurate and concise notes on every order query
Key skills required:
· Excellent communication skills
· Office based customer service experience is essential
· Proactive and upbeat approach
· Excellent motivational skills
· Ability to lead and develop a team
· Experience supervising a team essential
· Strong PC skills (Microsoft Excel in particular)
· Strong commercial awareness
