Working for the UK Head Office of an international company, this is a busy and varied role with a key emphasis on providing excellent customer service.

The main duties are to handle and resolve customer enquiries and calls to the mutual benefit of the customer and the business. To build strong working relationships with customers. Close liaison with service engineers to arrange repairs/order parts. Handle general correspondence in a professional and competent manner to resolve the issue. Understanding the product and parts in order to assist the customers and build strong relationships. Assisting the sales order processing team when required. Online order processing. Checking the social media and website pages to keep up to date with all changes.

The company are looking for an experience customer service assistant who is able to work as part of a team, with a patient and calm manner. A friendly and tactful personality, along with the ability to tackle and solve problems, and handle complaints and difficult situations in a professional manner are essential requirements. Experience in using a CRM system is desirable.
