Customer Service Advisor temp needed to help our client over the busy run-up to the Christmas period. The role is essentially call centre based. Providing a high-level of customer service to clients and medical professionals in the day-to-day management of customer orders.

You'll be largely assigned to inbound calls where you will be processing prescriptions, tracking customer deliveries, answering any customer queries and escalating complaints or issues. Some outbound calls may be involved as well to welcome new clients, client follow ups and client satisfaction.

There will be a high volume of calls so we are looking for someone who is used to a busy office environment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm. There will be occasions when you will be required to work on a Saturday 9am-1pm.
