Customer Service Agents
Manchester City Centre
£8.25 per hour
6 months + contract

Role:
My client are a leading and highly reputable leader in the retail industry and we are looking for high quality customer service agents to work in a temporary contract role starting in August. The role will involve working in the HR shared service centre in a phone based role speaking to prospective employees as well as completing administration tasks related to the conversation.
As the face of the company candidates will be responsible for providing a high standard of service to both internal and external customers in accordance with the company's processes and procedures by offering a Human Resource service.

The role will require the following:
Receive telephone calls from internal and external customers
Be the first point of contact and advise on relevant vacancy information
Delivering a high standard of customer service that meets the team SLA's
Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies
Undertake a range of administration tasks on the company system
Work effectively as part of a team

The ideal candidate must have the following skills and knowledge:
Competent in the use of IT systems including Microsoft packages and email
Have very strong written and verbal communication skills.

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 7pm on a rotating shift pattern, for example 8am - 4pm, 11 - 7pm etc.
Saturday from 9 - 5, you will be required to work every second Saturday

This position will start in February until at least the end of August, candidates will need to be available the full contract and ideally not have any holidays booked which will impact the business.
