An opportunity has become available for our client, who are a busy, global business based in Peterborough.

We are currently recruiting for Customer Advisors for a number of roles, one of which is a fluent French speaker.

We currently have the below shifts available:

Sunday to Thursday 11pm - 7pm

Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays (ideally French speaking role)

The roles are within a Financial Services Company. The successful candidate will be required to take inbound calls from French speaking customers and assisting them with enquires and dealing with any issues that they may have.

You must have:

* Previous experience within Customer Service.

* Must be flexible in working late shifts and weekends.

* Can speak and write fluent in French (for the required roles)
