Job Title: Customer Service Complaints Handler
Location: LE19, Leicester
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Working Pattern: Full Time Mon-Fri, Office Based
Hourly rate: £12.47 an hour

Responsibilities:
· Handle customer complaints and inquiries with utmost professionalism and empathy
· Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, striving for first-call resolution
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken
· Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction
· Provide feedback to improve customer experience and processes
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
· Previous experience in a customer service role, complaint handling experience preferred
· Excellent communication and listening skills
· Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office
