Location: Coleshill
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £12.64
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week - 9am-5:00pm
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team on a temporary basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and effectively responding to queries via phone, email, and chat.
· Address customer concerns and find suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our client's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
· Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service targets.
· Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
· Positively contribute to a supportive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not essential.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer issues.
· Proficient in using computer systems and software.
