Adecco Poole and Bournemouth are delighted to be assisting one of our market leading insurance client with their search for an Insurance Consultant (Sales).

The Role

The successful candidates will join a busy team where they will play an important role by ensuring that customers receive expert advice when choosing their polices. You will;

·  Communicate with clients face to face and over the phone

·  Advise on the best options available

·  Taylor policies to the needs of the customer

·  Build business

·  Maintain existing relationships

·  Build new relationships

The Ideal Candidate

·  Customer service/sales background

·  Insurance experience an advantage but not essential

·  Strong communication skills

·  Customer facing experience

For the ideal candidate, there will be the opportunity to progress in-house and contributions are both fully acknowledged and rewarded within the business.

Full training will be given and the opportunity to work towards a nationally recognised professional qualifications in insurance.

Salary

£22k to 28k p/a Depending on experience
