Our client based in Hampton Lovett on the outskirts of Droitwich is looking to recruit 2 outgoing customer service advisers

Job Description.

*To process customers order via the telephone and email for healthcare products.

*Working toward KPI's and deadlines.

*Contacting clinical advisers, nurses and technicians to arrange delivery.

*Contacting patients, carers, and families to arrange delivery.

*Answering Calls effectivly

*Ensuring orders are processed correctly to activate invoicing

*Providing empathy when required

*Taking complaints

*liaisng with various departments
