Temp Customer Service Advisor/Call Handler position working for a well known Healthcare and Insurance company.

Monday to Friday between 8am-8pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays

Responsibilities:
* Taking inbound calls from customers.
* Providing excellent customer service.
* Locating policy details.
* Sending correspondence out to customers.
* Transferring calls.

To carry out the roles effectively the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate evidence in the following criteria:
